Q: Is there is a cost to participate? Are there any hidden fees or charges?
A: Absolutely none. There is no cost to participate or to collect the award. Rules of the contest.
Q: Can I submit more than one photo?
A: Yes you can. Every participant can submit up to three (3) photos.
Q: Do I have to be a U.S. Citizen to participate?
A: No. We all belong to the waves and the ocean recognizes no borders.
Q: What types of photo format are allowed?
A: All pictures must be in jpeg, jpg, gif or bmp format.
Q: Would I be notified when my submission is received?
A: As soon as Zyndrome staff receives it, a confirmation will be email to the participant.
Q: What photos will not be considered for the contest?
A: All pictures that are not surfing or bodyboarding related. In addition, if the required Forms are not received by the deadline, the photos will not enter the
contest.
Q: Will I lose all rights over the photo I submitted?
A: No. The photo will always be accredited to the participant at all times. The participant will be the owner; however, by signing the Photo Release Form,
the participant consent and gives rights to Zyndrome Surf Company over the use of the photo if Zyndrome Surf Company deems that the photo is suitable
for the purpose of its business.
Q: Where do I submit my photo?
A: All photos and forms must be sent to contest2008@zyndrome.com. They can also be posted at Zyndrome Facebook and Myspace sites. All photos
sent to our headquarters will not be considered for the contest.
Q: Will the pictures not selected be returned to the participants?
A: Since all pictures must be submitted either by email or by posting it at the Zyndrome Facebook and Myspace sites there is no need to return any
pictures.
Q: Until what day I have to submit my photo for the contest?
A: The last day for submissions is Saturday November 30 at 11:59 pm.
Q: I have more questions that were not answer here, how can I get them answer?
A: You have two options. You either visit our contact page and send us an inquiry or visit us at our Facebook or at Myspace.
Q: Have Zyndrome changed the dateline to the contest?
A: Yes we have. We have decided to do so because a number of "participant" had not submitted the required forms. It was done to give them an
opportunity to participate.
